It was an early start for me on an overcast morning in Drogheda but by the time I had reached Swinford, thanks to the Child of Prague, it was turning into a glorious day for Katharine and Barry to tie the knot. Such a great couple to work with they really put a lot of time and thought into a beautiful, fun and memorable day.

A traditional church setting in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, with entrance adorned with handmade flower garlands made by Barry himself and songs such as Gabriel’s Oboe provided by The Thornburgh Family set the ceremony’s romantic charm.

From there we headed to the reception at the elegant Mount Falcon Estate, Ballina. A country house designed by James Franklin Fuller (Ashford Castle, Kylemore Abbey, Farmleigh House) and built by Ultred Knox JP DL as a wedding gift for his wife. It was an absolute pleasure for photographer Ronan O’Connell and myself to capture Katharine and Barry in one of the most stunning locations I have ever had the pleasure to film.
